Is that beef or chicken sandwich with the pickled vegetables a Banh Mi?
Yes, it is a version of a banh mi. It has an aioli made of oysters, garlic, and chili paste too. It is also served hot on grilled bread!
I was slightly looking forward to the challenge of dining there during the narrow time window of late night, but Blue Owl’s made it easier. Def planning to check this out.
First time eating there last around 2am last night. Food was good alot of flavor but portions were small for the price.
