David Singh, owner of Mesa Pizza Company at 315 Meigs Road, is opening a new pizza parlor at 6576 Trigo Road in Isla Vista called “Good Earth Pizza.” He hopes to open the restaurant in April. They are in final stages of getting a building permit to give the building a more contemporary look. Singh tells me it will have everything Mesa Pizza has on its menu, but with an environmental and health-conscious twist. Brown dough will be standard, white dough will be available upon request.
