Dargan's Irish Pub & Restaurant writes: Dargan's has been the backbone of the Santa Barbara's pub scene for over 8 years, although it feels like it has been there forever. Completely furnished in pine wood, with a stone floor, it has the look and feel of a real pub in Ireland where the family and kids are all welcome.
It has many nooks and crannies to choose from, a patio for outside drinking and dining, a fireplace to snuggle up too, a pool area (Liam's Lounge) with top class pool tables and dart boards. Along with excellent Irish and American food comes an impressive selection of traditional scotch, single malts and Irish whiskies.
Of course there is an excellent pint of Guinness (imported from Ireland), and other stouts and ales on hand. With folk Irish music jam session on Thursday nights, and the Foggy Dew playing Irish Music on Saturday nights, the atmosphere is spirited and friendly.
Owned and run by three ex-pats, Brendan (Cork), Liam (Tipperary) and Paul (Tyrone), helped by Ian (from bonnie Scotland).
Available for private parties and weddings. City Parking lot #10 right beside.
