Slow to go
Reviewer: Sara from Santa Barbara, CA
When I ordered two rolls and edamame to go, they told me the wait would be about 10 minutes, which already seemed too long, since the restaurant was not even that busy. My order took over 20 minutes! The food is descent, but not outstanding. I won't go back for lunch, I simply don't have a long enough lunch break to wait that long.

The price is right and the food is good.

Nothing special here but decent sushi and great portions for food. Consistent and good, I recommend this place for a casual dinner or lunch. Stick with the real sushi places for high class stuff, not like Q's or Something's Fishy.

Fresh fresh and tastefully presented

I am a sashimi fan. The fish is fresh and beautifully presented. Don't let the casual atmosphere fool you: the chef really knows what he is doing. The serving staff is friendly and attentive. There is no phony atmosphere and maybe it is not romantic enough for some.

I like Sushi Teri!

I love eating at this restaurant. Every dish that I have ever ordered has been really good and the service has always been superb. I especially love the stir fried veggies with beef.

Disappointing
Reviewer: Aimee from Santa Barbara, CA
Decent prices, but less-than-thrilling sushi. It wasn't necessarily bad, it just didn't have that "wow" factor that really fresh, creative sushi has. I've had better supermarket sushi. I ordered a chicken teriyaki combo, and the chicken was dry and tasteless. The service was also very slow. I'm positive that there must be better sushi places in Santa Barbara.

Fresh sashimi and sushi
Reviewer: Barbara from Santa Barbara, CA
The atmosphere is very casual and relaxed, the sushi and sashimi was fresh, tasty and well presented. Service is slow but attentive when they arrive.
