Ah bro, this place is all time. ALL TIME!!! They serve up a MEAN brat with the finest of trimmings bro, and bra the service is like family. I was visiting friends for a night on the town and let me tell you right here and right now brah after a few rounds of cold ones at the local bars and partying it up with my true bros, brah this place delivered a much needed feast. The Hoffman Brat with cooked sauerkraut and cooked onions and spicy mustard hit the spot like no other followed by the 100 year old recipe brat. Bro, it's 100 years old and I had it with the fresh sourdough bun and with whole mustard bro. Washed it down with a cold German beer in a glass that was 2 FEET TALL!!! Bra! This place is TOTALLY legendary bro and bra I highly suggest anyone with the munchies to visit this fine establishment ASAP. Brats, sides, cold beer on tap after a night with your bros, it's all you need in SB bro!

We loved the brats, fries and beer but once the initial order was delivered we didn't see another employee come anywhere near our section. We would have at least gotten another round of beers and dessert but didn't want to go downstairs and wait in line again. The ordering system was confusing and a little inconvenient. We'll give it another try but hopefully they'll have the service kinks worked out by then.

The food is pretty good. Too much bun for the sausage and the peppers could be cut a little smaller. But the variety of brats, beer and mustards is very good. The fries are good too and so are the prices. The service is a little shaky but it is difficult to use the number system. If you are sitting far away from the kitchen, upstairs, they have to come searching for you. Otherwise I recommend it.
