I can't believe another Saigon in & Out opened on State, I always eat at the one near Victoria. I love their food, I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. It taste like my mom's cooking. I wish they open a fast food restaurant like in Santa Ana...that would make me even happier. The service was ok when we went on Sunday...we waited 15 min for the waitress to take our order and we were the only people there. But the food made up for it. I had the lemongrass chicken over rice. mmmmm I love the booths. Of course I'll be coming back!! Great job!!
