Downtown Ice Cream for a BUCK!

My friends and I go for ice cream there frequently because it's good and well...it's 99 cents. They give you a good sized portion, and you don't feel like you're being ripped off like baskin robbins who can't even fill their own cups. The guy who usually works there is nice too.
