ONE OF SANTA BARBARA'S BEST KEPT SECRETS
Reviewer: Barbara from Santa Barbara, CA
On a typically beautiful morning in Santa Barbara a couple of weeks ago, my fiance and I enjoyed a wonderful stroll on Cabrillo Blvd and local wharf. It was mid morning and about time for a nice hot cup of coffee. To our surprise, we came across this wonderful small and quaint cafe, the State Street Coffee shop. We decided to go in and see what they had to offer. It turned out to be everything we were looking for as far as a delicious cup of fresh roasted coffee goes. Coupled with great service, we were very satisfied and recommend to anyone who can appreciate this type of beverage and environment. Thanks bunches! We'll be back!

Mocha Licious
Reviewer: Ivan Garcia from Santa Barbara, CA
Everytime I come here, I come for the same thing. One Ice Mocha and two Croissants. I"m always satisfied with the quality of my Mocha and the croissants are always fluffy and warm. The employees are always nice and happy for a good conversation. I"m from Lompoc, Ca and when I come down to Santa Barbara at 8 in the morning I walk straight to this Coffee shop and its always worth it.

Elizabeth, Blessings and love to you for making our entire family feel so loved and welcome, and for being patient as the grandchildren picked out their very favorite yummy treats.

great service, clean atmosphere, but too small of a space.

When I discovered this untapped gem of a coffee shop last week I was pleasantly surprised. Both baristas were friendly and seemed to enjoy thier work and eachother. The music was fun, the drinks were perfect, and the environment clean and inviting. My only complaint would be that there was no where to sit inside, and that I do not like supporting big chains like Seattle's Best (now owned by Starbucks) masquarading as a small independent shop, also the prices for food and non-coffee beverages were outrageous.
