BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY HAVE A REALLY GOOD STRAWBERRY SHORT CAKE THAT I CAN'T WAIT TO BUY EVERY TIME I KNOW SOMEONES BIRTHDAY IS COMING UP. SO FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY I THOUGH I WOULD ORDER HER CAKE THERE. SHE WAS INTO THE DORA THE EXPLORER CHARACTER SO I THOUGHT I WOULD ASK FOR IT THERE. IT TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES FOR THE GUY IN CHARGE OF THE BAKERY TO SHOW UP EVEN AFTER A LADY IN THE DELI CALLED 3 TIMES OVER THE INTERCOM. AFTER ORDERING MY CAKE THE GUY SEEMED ANNOYED THAT I WAS MAKING HIM "WORK" IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT. HE TOLD ME THE FIGURE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND DIDN;T SEEM TO WANT TO FIGURE OUT IF IT COULD BE ORDERED. I HAD 2 WEEKS TILL HER BIRTHDAY SO I WAS SURE HE COULD HAVE HELPED IF HE WANTED TO..BUT INSTEAD HE CUT ME OFF AND JUST SAID TO ME.."Y DON'T YOU JUST GO TO VONS?" I LEFT MY SHOPPING CART FULL OF FOOD AND WALKED OUT. NEVER BEEN BACK. THANKS FOR YOUR "SERVICE"

cookie missrepresentation - nuts

I purchased a package of "Private Selection Cookies Chocolate Chunk Pecan 12 CT" I found that instead of Pecans the cookies had only peanuts NO PECANS. NO PECANS! NO PECANS! Just Peanuts. Peanuts are a lot cheaper and it appears Ralphs has found a way to make a little more with the mislabeling. In the future PLEASE put the proper nuts specified in the cookies. Thank you.
