Service Without a Smile

When you eat at Subway you pretty much know what to expect. No frills. Bread, meat, cheese, veggies, and that's it. It's a descent meal. So I go to get my subway sandwich on the 15th, when the cashier says that my coupon expired on the 14th. What? Really? Ok. My mistake, it's a day late. But to not accept it... to blame it on a computer that won't let you input a coupon? Really? Have to say that that kind of service, that sort of intolerance makes me say I will never go back. Never. What restaurant in town would tell anyone "no-go" on a coupon that's one day late?

Sandwiches are ok, not great. They put the bare minimum of everything on them. It's more like a 'would you like some condiments and fillers with your bread' type of sandwich. I asked if they could put some more lettuce and tomato and they looked at me like I was crazy. Maybe it's just this Subway, cause I've been to others and they're happy to do it. There's also a BIG language barrier. I always feel guilty when they don't understand what I'm ordering. Not my favorite Subway. They need to step it up big time.

Good Food, Good Meal Deal

Food was good, for $5 you get 6", soda and chips. Some language problems with servers. Big Minus here is the parking which is terrible most of the day. A better Subway is in Magnolia Center on Hollister.
