i placed an ordered for pick up. i get there, no order. while i'm waiting to find out what happened to my order the employees are playing cards, talking in spanish, smoking outside. I actually had to ask them to find out where my order was! turns out it was sent to the wrong store!
I did notice they had to look through a few orders on the printer but no orders were being made. I wonder how long other customers were kept waiting.
Cancel my order. Servie was horrible. Get it straight next time!

Same good food, not the same service and restaurant

Poor English, no salad bar, no spacious seating. Go to one of the other ones(e.g. Storke or Calle Real). They got my order wrong or mixed up with someone else. Food good but limited.
