Better off elsewhere
Reviewer: K from Goleta
When we went here we were seated right away and then promptly ignored... after awhile of waiting we just left. No one even was around to see us leave.

Burnt food, okay service
Reviewer: Nancy from SB, CA
I have tried it a couple times, trying to give them a chance. But in those times I have gone the food has been burnt; not very good. The waiters are a little nice, but forget to bring things we ask for (ketchup, napkins, refills, etc.)

Mediocre food, less than mediocre service
Reviewer: Sarah from Goleta, CA
I went to Carrow's for the first time with some friends during the regular dinner hour on a Tuesday evening. The food was just mediocre - the berry cobbler certainly was not "fresh-baked". Even though it wasn't expensive, I felt like I was paying too much for the quality of food I received. The service was not very good either. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, we waited a good while before receiving our drinks and entrees. We had to flag down the waitor to get any drink refills or order our desserts. The manager did come over to ask how everything was, but he rushed away to the next table before we could even tell him about the service! The general attitude of the employees was not very welcoming. To it's credit, the restaurant was very clean and the booths were very comfortable. I don't know if I will go back again. Certainly not anytime soon, at least. I've had better experiences at other restaurants of the same caliber.

THE FIESTA QUESADILLA
Reviewer: Steve Caffrey from Oxnard, CA
IT WAS 7:15AM AND MY BREAKFAST WAS PERFECT, WITH THE FIESTA QUESADILLA AND A GLASS OF CHOCOLATE QUIK. THEN I HAD A BUD BEFORE I WENT HOME. IT WAS ICE COLD AND JUST WHAT I NEEDED. THANK YOU GOOD PEOPLE

24 hours of fun

I liked it best to sit there in the middle of the night, about 4 in the morning and just watch people come and go while enjoying good real americasn 24.hour a day food and free refills :=).
