I hope your manager is very proud of you, Coffee Bean Team

They are so professional. They ask EVERY time if I need my order for here or to go, if I need room for milk, if I need my receipt... When a customer orders something completely redundant they still politely smile and don't flinch (whereas in my barista-ing days if I'd had somebody order a 'chocolate mocha' or a 'nonfat skinny milk chai tea latte' when all the tea lattes default to nonfat, I'd get surly). Their shelves are organized and clean. Their massive front window is smudge-free. Their condiment counter is stocked and tidy. I'm impressed every damn time I go there.

EARLY AM ONLY

I HAVE VISITED THIS LOCATION DURING BOTH THE MORNING AND LATER IN THE EVENINGS AND I CAN SAY THE DIFFERNCE IN LITERALLY NIGHT AND DAY...WHILE I STILL GENERALLY PREFER THE STARBUCKS RECIPES (SOMEHOW THEY JUST TASTE BETTER)I AM NOT OPPOSED TO VISITING A COFFEE BEAN LOCATION HOWEVER I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND VISITING THIS LOCATION ONLY IN THE EARLY AM HOURS...I HAVE FOUND THAT SADLY THE SERVICE GOES DOWN HILL AS THE SUN SETS.

Great Food and Service

Amazing Chai Latte here. Good snacks/pastries here also(no sandwiches like Starbucks though). Servers nice and fast. Cramped inside. Great for Paseo Nuevo shoppers.

Huh?

The blended drinks and tea lattes are to die for. Ask for a Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl tea latte and you won't be disappointed. However, one night I went there to study because they had free wi-fi, but when I asked for the required code, the employees didn't know it. They couldn't turn on the t.v. to find it either. Um, really? Next time I'm going to Java Jones or Coffee Cat, where you get free wi-fi and don't need any code either.

The cute curly-haired guy...

The young man with the longish, thick, curly hair and great smile is awesome! He is so helpful and friendly and really knows his coffee and tea drinks. (He makes some great ones, too.) The drinks are wonderful but the food is only "okay".
