A little Honduran restaurant, “Cinco Estrellas,” has opened at 316 N. Milpas Street, across from the old Scolari’s. The restaurant is hidden away behind Milpas Liquor and the House of Laundry. It is not on the street so interested diners must keep their eyes open for a small homemade sign leading to the parking lot. The restaurant is clean, the menu is simple, the dishes are made to order and readers tell me that the pupusas are very tasty! For more information call (805) 450-8023. Thank you to reader Chris and others for the tips.
