Scarlett Begonia, Santa Barbara’s newish boutique eatery, has finally launched phase two of their master plan….dinner. They will be open every week Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 5:30 to 9:00. The menu is driven by the local farmer’s market, sustainable meats, with modern, thoughtful cooking. This week, a few of chef Joel Huff’s featured ingredients will include carrots, potatoes, kohlrabi, kiwi, mushrooms, kale and parsnip, in ways you would never imagine, in chorus with short ribs, lobster and lamb to name a few. The wine list is small but packed with local and exclusive wines from around the world. Reservations are encouraged.
