I am still on vacation in northern California. Here is a picture I took of Mt. Shasta, a few miles from the lake where I am staying. On a side note, I heard that The Restaurant Guy’s home of 5 years, the Daily Sound, has temporarily halted the printed distribution of their newspaper. I hope they start up again. I don’t like being homeless.

Thanks for the beautiful photo.
I just got back from a month long vacation and rode my bike all over downtown trying to find a Daily Sound, so that I could read the Restaurant Guy column. After being unsuccessful, I read online about the Daily Sound suspending their print version. It seems like they suspended their online versions, too, because none of their URL’s seem to be working. I hope that the Daily Sound makes a comeback or that the Restaurant Guy column finds a new home — I enjoy the weekly dose of local foodie news.
