Hey John,
I wanted to let you know that I’ve opened. 11 am til 3 pm and very soon to open at 8am. This will be a very different menu than late-night Blue Owl @ Zen Yai. Kinda bakery-cafe. I do not have a full kitchen at this location so I’m a bit limited. I’m doing most of the baking and bread production and using preservative free/ veg fed meat. I will open for family style breakfast on Sundays asap. Check me out.

I tried Cindy’s food during her soft opening a few weeks ago and it was amazing!
Cindy really understands her customer and what they want. She’ll do well in her little spot but I’m sure we’ll see something bigger from her, down the road! Cheers to you Cindy.
