iGrill Korean BBQ will be coming soon to 3132 State St., the former home of Jade. I spoke with owner Amy Ding and was told that she hopes to open the restaurant in about 3 weeks. For more information visit igrillkoreanbbq.com. Thanks to reader Bill for the tip.

I am very excited. I love Korean BBQ. Get those stone bowls ready Amy.
YES!!! Been waiting for a Korean BBQ place to open in SB for YEARS — it’s about time!!!
Omg, I hope they have real Galbi that’s cooked at the table. We also need a real ramen shop. This city is about 10 years behind other cities when it comes to restaurants.
Cool- I wonder if they will have good bulgogi and maybe even kimbap?
We remember the Korean bbq place on milpas. .. I wonder where people will park? Brummis, new place at Dons’…
I’m concerned about the table grilling part- how in the world will they actually put that all in and how many tables would they have?! Jade was small… It better not be one of those portable camping propane gas grills… I’m skeptical.
Yes! Looks like my wish has come true – almost… I’ve been leaving comments with Gyu Kaku for years, every time I eat there, asking them to open a store in SB. Looks like the same conept. I hope they have good sauces to round out my good fortune!
Any more news? I can barely wait…
is there any way to contact Amy about working at igrill korean bbq?
How soon?
