THE MOST EXPENSIVE THING AT THE MARKET

I was at a grocery market recently and randomly decided to find out what was the most expensive edible thing for sale (not including traditional medicines or alcohol). My research revealed that the answer is “Cool Mint Listerine Pocketmist” breath spray which costs $9.59 per ounce ($1227 per gallon!). If you can find anything at a grocery market that dethrones my champion please post it here.

Go to BevMo and you will likely find something over $100 an oz.

By chance did you pass up Aisle 12, where the gold bullion is located?

Did you price saffron? If they’ve got it for less than $9.59 for a whole ounce, let me know where and I’ll buy a pound.
