Last September 29th I wrote a blog item about finally reaching my goal of losing 50 pounds. Rather than lose it quickly and gaining it all back, back in 2003 I instead embarked on a 7-year plan to completely change my eating habits. Since I wrote that blog many people have approached me saying they can’t believe I used to be so much heavier.
I recently stumbled across a photo taken a decade ago at my Santa Barbara High School class reunion which I have posted next to a picture of me taken yesterday. By the way, the new eating habits have worked well so far. I weigh exactly the same as I did 5 months ago – and the same as I did in high school.
