Santa Barbara rolls out the red carpet for film lovers and food fans during the International Film Festival January 27-February 6, 2011. The eleven-day celebration coincides with “Film Feast,” a new prix fixe restaurant program available at dozens of downtown eateries throughout the duration of the festival. Film goers and foodies can choose from “Short” (two-course), “Feature” (three-course) and “Epic” (four-course) length seasonal menus. Film Feast provides a time-saving way to sample the region’s cuisine during the festival.
Participating restaurants include: Aldo’s, Arts & Letters Café, Bella Vista at the Biltmore, Bistro 1111 at Hotel Marmonte, Blue Agave, Blush, Bucatini, Ca’Dario, Café Buenos Aires, Chuck’s Waterfront Grill, Coast, Downey’s, El Paseo, Harry’s Plaza Café, HobNob, Holdren’s, Miro at Bacara, Olio e Limone, Opal, Paradise Café, Pascucci, Pierre Lafond Wine Bistro, Rodney’s, Fishouse, Seagrass, Soho, Spiritland Bistro, Tee-Off, The Endless Summer, The Greek House Café, The Harbor Restaurant and Wine Cask.
