Apartment prices vary greatly depending on the type of
building, size of apartment, and number of people sharing the
apartment. Apartments usually are rented by the month, with a
minimum of three to six months. Housing price range in IV in
general is $800-900 for a one bedroom and $1200-$1400 for a two
bedroom.
