One of the perks of living
in Southern California is the Farmer's Market.
Carpinteria is no exception. This is a certified
Farmer's Market that spans the entire block in front of
Vons.
Although it's not quite as
large as some of its northern cousins, you can always find a
nice selection of veggies, fruit, flowers and assorted
odds-n-ends at excellent prices.
The one thing that gets a
little tricky is parking. The 800 block of Linden Avenue is
closed to traffic, which leaves parking a little scarce.
There is a parking lot a block off Linden on 9th Street.
