2012 Heart & Sole AIDS Walk Date: 10/6/2012 The 22nd Annual Heart + Sole AIDS Walk will take place Saturday, October 6 at Leadbetter Beach. Over the past 22 years, our community has helped raise vital funds for the men, women, and children living with, affected by, or at risk for HIV/AIDS in Santa Barbara County. Pacific Pride Foundation is the leading provider of HIV/AIDS and LGBT programs and services in Santa Barbara County and the largest organization of its kind between LA and San Francisco. AIDS Walk is Pacific Pride’s largest annual fundraising event. All dollars raised stay local and benefit PPF’s HIV/AIDS services which include: nurse case management, two food pantries, medical care, individual and group therapy, rental assistance, free HIV testing, education & prevention. You can support the 22nd Annual AIDS Walk by raising pledges from your family, friends, employees, customers, church or temple group, neighbors, clubs or anyone else you know. Then join us along with hundreds of other dedicated men, women and children who will walk, run, wheelchair and stroll along Santa Barbara’s waterfront on Saturday, October 6.
