Parma Park
The Foothill (Rte. 192)

This park is enormous and very rustic, which makes it a popular place with hikers, bikers, and dog walkers.  It is snuggled into the foothills, where you will find live oaks and sage, peace and quite and refuge from the sound of the highway.

This is a very rustic park that has a couple of picnic tables and that's it.  There are no other creature comforts.

Directions: From the 101 take the Mission St. exit and turn towards the mountains.  Follow it until you reach the end. Turn left onto Laguna and at the stop sign turn right onto Los Olivos. At the fork in the road bear left and drive until you reach the end.  At the stop sign, turn right and follow Rte 192 until you see Parma Park directly in from of you.  (The road bends sharply to the right.)  There is limited parking on the street.
